First Earth Wilderness School's programs and workshops are designed to give participants valuable life-saving survival skills and practical information about the natural world. Our underlying goal is the preservation of the almost-forgotten wisdom of our pre-historic ancestors, and to re-establish the connection and reverence for nature that much of our culture has lost.

Most classes are held at First Earth's Camp, a wooded site adjacent to the Niangua River in the Missouri Ozarks. It is surrounded by a 7000 acre state forest approximately 1 hour from Springfield. For Registration info, see the Workshops page.
